My journey started in 1992 in Mykonos, Greece. Not knowing what I wanted to do in the future, I got the chance to help out in a restaurant over the summer. While studying in another industry, I worked as a cook over the summer season. However, my passion and love for cooking pushed me more and more to build something of my own. I opened my first restaurant and after that I gained a lot of experience in the hotel and culinary industry until now. I appreciate the opportunity to cooperate with the Restaurant Taurus and Boutique Hotel OchSen in Bad Ragaz.
